Shipping policy
Standard Service - FREE
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days via UPS, depending on product availability.
- Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the order's ship date.
- Standard Service is unavailable for Alaska and Hawaii deliveries.
- Please see “Shipping Restrictions” below for exceptions.
- Tracking numbers may not update in real-time. In some cases, tracking numbers will show your package’s status as “Delivered” several hours prior to actual delivery.
- Eighth Day is not responsible for shipping delays (including holiday-related delays) or loss once a package has left our East Coast facility. All orders will be processed in the order they are received.
- We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, please contact them directly.
UPS 2nd Day Air
- Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days via UPS, depending on product availability.
- Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
- Please see “Shipping Restrictions” below for exceptions.
- UPS 2nd Day Air is a UPS Guaranteed Service. If your package is shipped via this method and is not delivered within the time frame (excluding natural disaster related delays), you may file a claim with UPS.
UPS Next Day Air
- Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days via UPS, depending on product availability.
- Next Day Air is unavailable for Alaska and Hawaii deliveries.
- Please see “Shipping Restrictions” below for exceptions.
- UPS Next Day Air is a UPS Guaranteed Service. If your package is shipped via this method and is not delivered within the time frame (excluding natural disaster related delays), you may file a claim with UPS.
Shipping Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Fridays will be fulfilled the following Monday, in the order that they were received.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) the day before a Federal Holiday in the United States will be fulfilled the following business day.
- Eighth Day ships via UPS and is unable to fulfill orders destined for PO/APO Boxes.
- UPS does not include weekends in their transit time.
Shipments to U.S. Territories
- EIGHTH DAY accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions.
- Standard Service and Next Day Air are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us via email.
International Shipments
- We do not offer international shipping outside of the United States at this time. We welcome you to shop with our authorized retail partners Net-a-Porter and Niche-Beauty.
